The National Securities Commission (CNVM) has published George Becali"s public offer to acquire full control over Romes - Voluntari (RASDAQ:ROMS). Becali already holds 78.79% in Romes and is offering the other shareholders 2,098,668 RON (13 RON/share) for the remaining 21.20041% (161,436 shares). The offer will be valid between 16 September and 6 October and be brokered by BCR Securities. George Becali is acting in concert with Vladimir Enescu, the CEO of Romes, as per the takeover announcement. Romes has a share capital of 1,903,690 RON divided into 761,476 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The company is listed on RASDAQ Tier III as ROMS. Vladimir Enescu holds 16.37% in the company. Romes produces various electronic components.
