EnglishIasi County Council Vice President Iovu Brezuleanu recently announced that a group of German investors were interested in starting a goat farm and a brickyard. The brickyard would capitalize on the quality of the local clay in partnership with Universal Pan SRL - Belcesti, which would provide the land and the raw materials, whereas the Germans would bring in the technology. The production process would involve imported enzymes that would help produce quality bricks without the need to roast them. The factory will produce 25,000 bricks every eight hours. The investors are also interested in starting a goat farm in partnership with a vocational high school in Miroslava, which would provide the land and workforce.
