"Gindi Rom" wants to build a residential complex in Bucharest"s 3rd district

"Gindi Rom", part of the Israeli Group "Gindi", one of the largest and well reputed real estate developers of Israel, announces its official entrance on the Romanian real estate market, considering that any economic crisis is an opportunity to invest. The company has developed some of the largest and most praised commercial ensembles, office buildings or residential neighborhoods in Israel, Hungary or Switzerland, and is permanently exploring new markets.

According to a press release sent to our editors, one of the company"s investment plans include the development of a residential complex in a central location of Bucharest"s third district 3. Kfir Gindi, director of "Gindi Rom", said: "We are convinced Romania"s market still has potential, provided somebody comes up with a fair and relevant offer. People still need homes, and we are here to provide them with the best solution, - excellent design and architecture of the buildings and the apartments at international quality standards. We want to offer fair and very attractive prices in a location in the center of Bucharest".

"Gindi Group" was created in 1970 and is one of the largest and well reputed real estate developers in Israel. Over the years, "Gindi" has built and developed entire cities in Israel, (including the city of Rishon Le"tzion, Israel"s third largest city), and it built entire neighborhoods with thousands of residences. "Gindi Group" was launched as a business of the Gindi family, and it is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
