"Gindi Rom", part of the Israeli Group "Gindi", one of the largest and well reputed real estate developers of Israel, announces its official entrance on the Romanian real estate market, considering that any economic crisis is an opportunity to invest. The company has developed some of the largest and most praised commercial ensembles, office buildings or residential neighborhoods in Israel, Hungary or Switzerland, and is permanently exploring new markets.

According to a press release sent to our editors, one of the company"s investment plans include the development of a residential complex in a central location of Bucharest"s third district 3. Over the years, "Gindi" has built and developed entire cities in Israel, (including the city of Rishon Le"tzion, Israel"s third largest city), and it built entire neighborhoods with thousands of residences.
