EnglishThe headquarters building of the population records office and other public services will be refurbished. In order to select an entrepreneur, an open auction will be held on February 26th, the final date for bid submission. The works will consist of remodeling the existing space in order to create new office spaces, on a surface area of 900 sqm. Also, the building consisting of ground floor and an upper floor will be expanded by 90 sqm. The contract must be fulfilled in 9 months, and the participation guarantee is 15.000 RON.
Financing will be done through bank loan. The interested parties must file supporting documents related to their experience in this field, namely the fulfillment, in the last five years, of at least three works contracts in value of minimum 900.000 RON. The documents will remain valid for 60 days. The bidder presenting the lowest price will win the auction.
