EnglishGrand Plaza Hotel SA Bucharest, part of the Howard Johnson group, won on Friday the bid for the sale of Neptun Complex, part of Olimp Estival 2002, at the starting price of 7 million EUR, according to the Authority for State Assets Recovery. Grand Plaza Hotel SA was the sole bidder for Neptun Complex, which is located in Neptun Mangalia, Constanta county and occupies a total surface area of 28.724,16 square meters. With the money obtained from selling the asset, Olimp Estival 2002 will pay its debts and invest in its other assets, the hotels Amfiteatru, Belvedere and Panoramic.
