EnglishIn the General Meeting held on April 24th, shareholders in Uzuc Ploiesti decided to disburse dividends totaling 1,21 million RON, the gross dividend being 0,277 RON/share. Dividends will be paid out within six months.
The company concluded last year with net profit of 4,31 million RON, of which 2,84 million RON will be directed to self-financing sources, the rest being used for legal reserves. Shareholders also approved the financial results for 2006, as well as the income and expense budget for the current year.
The company also decided to extend its 1 million EUR multi-option loan contract with BRD. The 2,3 million RON contract the company has concluded with BCR will be taken over by ING Bank.
Uzuc Ploiesti is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as UZC and has a share capital of 10,99 million RON, divided into 4,39 million shares with a face value of 2,5 RON.
