Constanta-based concrete producer Celco sold their 107,556,702 shares (31.3187%) in Socep - Constanta (BSE:SOCP) early this week to Grupul DD, according to an announcement to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE). Grupul DD his now the new lead shareholder in port operator Socep, followed by Samara Stere with 10.51%. Grupul DD emerged from the split of Celco, decided by the shareholders in May. According to that decision, Grupul DD is to receive the shares held by Celco in Socep (SOCP), Sulina Estival 2002 (LINA), SIF Transilvania (SIF3) and Iproeb - Bistrita (IPRU). Socep - Constanta has a share capital of 34,342,574.40 RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Yesterday"s average was 0.4 RON/share.
