Globe Trade Center Romania (GTC), part of Poland"s GTC Real Estate, will acquire 66.7% in real estate developer GML Pipera for 11.1 million EUR, according to haaretz.com. GML Pipera owns approximately 13.5 acres of land in Bucharest, for which it paid 10 million EUR. The land is located in the Pipera area, the buildable surface area totaling 130,000 square meters.
GTC Poland holds 94.6% in GTC Romania. The company also owns the Europa House and America House office buildings and is currently involved in the development of Green Dream Residence, Jasmine Park and Felicity residential compounds. The company also manages the shopping center Galleria Bucharest, as well as the Aurora Business Park and City Gate office buildings. Over the next three years, GTC Romania plans to invest some 500 million EUR in real estate projects in our country.
