Hidrojet - Breaza, a manufacturer of Diesel injection equipment and hydraulic equipment, will sell some of their assets in order to pay off creditors. The company has been placed under judicial reorganization as of January 16th for the next three years. Hidrojet is planning to sell three halls, a mess hall, warehouses and a heating plant occupying 39,127 square meters.
Another possibility is to sell the entire factory to a single investor, hopefully Ford or Renault. The company is located 100 kilometers from Bucharest and measures a total of 85,353 square meters. Following a significant reduction of their market, the company downsized to 825 employees. The reasons for the decline included the closure of off-road carmaker ARO - Campulung, truck-maker Autocamioane - Brasov and tractor-maker Tractorul - Brasov.
