The government has already approved a state guarantee of over 10 million Euros to back this project. The shareholders of the Braşov-based company last month greenlit the sale of a plot of land of 60 hectares on which the Premium Aerotec plant would be use. Premium Aerotec is owned 100% by EADS NV.
