EnglishIlie Carabulea, the owner of Atlassib, on Wednesday acquired 35% in carpet manufacturer Sitex Dumbrava Sibiu SA for 413,954 RON. The sellers were Ecaterina Savu and Nicolae Trif. Sitex has a share capital of 1.47 million RON. According to a management report dated July 2006, Atlassib held 28.35%, Ion Munteanu held 14.21%, Pompei Hadarean held 16.92%, Mihai Corneliu Craciun held 16.92% and Aurel Albu - 5.51%. Later on, in November, Savu Ecaterina held 18.62%, whereas Nicolae Trif held 16.92%, after making a purchase from Mihai Corneliu Craciun. The company concluded H1, 2006 with losses of 53,299 RON and a turnover of 873,274 RON.
