EnglishIMMORENT Aktiengesellschaft, the leasing arm of Erste Bank & Sparkassen is a leading player on the Austrian market with a Y2006 EBITDA of 67.8 million EUR, up by 14.7% year-on-year (2005: 59.1 mln EUR). The company increased new leasing business by some 20% in 2006 to 2,142 million EUR (2005: 1,784 million EUR) thus exceeding the 2 billion EUR threshold for the first time. CEE subsidiaries generated an impressive 918.5 million EUR.
With IMMORENT and EBV Leasing, which reported a new business volume of some 900 million EUR and a 14.8% market share, Erste Bank Group concluded the year as the leasing banking group on the leasing market in Austria. IMMORENT Roamnia reported an 80% growth on the new business segment to a total of 28.3 million EUR. Noteworthy is the real estate leasing segment, where the company posted 21.7 million EUR, and a 15% market share.
