EnglishReal estate developer Imotrust Arad will invest 9 million EUR in two industrial parks, which will built in Arad. The first project, the West Industrial Park, consists of 10.000 square meters of wharehouse space. The total investment will amount to 3 million EUR. The first warehouses will be available in May, while the whole project will be finalized by the end of the year. The second project, the South Industrial Park, will provide 20.000 square meters of warehouse space and will be finalized by end-2008. The investment will reach 6 million EUR.
Imotrust Arad has a share capital of 6.06 million RON, divided into 60.69 million shares with a face value of 0.10 RON. The significant shareholders are Laicom Invest (27.8%), Arcomserv (24.4%), Grup Codlea (19.13%) and AVAS (0.5%).
