If the decision is positive, the company will issue 106.8 millions shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Shareholders would be able to subscribe one new share for every existing share.
Imotrust concluded H1 with a net profit of 18.04 million RON (5.7 million EUR), up 5.5 times y/y, and 1.3 million RON (414,961 EUR), up by 62.5% y/y. The company has a share capital of 10.68 million RON divided into 106.8 million shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. A concerted group of companies and businesspeople based in Arad holds 71.81%. Morgan Stanley & Co International Ltd holds less than 5%.
