EnglishShareholders in IMP Romania Industrial Co. SA - Timisoara have decided to extend the loan taken from ABN Amro Bank - Romania by 1.5 million EUR to a total of 2.5 million EUR, according to a report to the Official Gazette quoted by NewsIn. The extension will be collateralized together with the co-borrowers and guarantors Euroholding SRL, EuroConstruct SA and Europrefabricate SRL.
IMP shareholders also gave the green light to a 1.8 million EUR multipurpose credit line from HVB Tiriac SA, which will be opened jointly with Euroholding SRL, Euroconstruct SA, Europrefabricate SRL and Netex SA. The ribbon, embroidery and cloth maker concluded the year 2005 with a turnover of 23.91 million RON and gross losses of 757,000 RON. The average number of employees was 74.
