The shares issued by Impress Buftea, traded on the Rasdaq market, will be delisted tomorrow, June 8th, following the CNVM (the National Securities Commission) of June 5th. Impress was listed on Rasdaq as AMBU as of December 20th 1996.
Impress Buftea ended 2006 with a turnover of approximately 49 million RON, up 37% from the past year, mainly due to the implementation of new sales strategies, as well as the restructuring of the company"s client portfolio and the control system of granted commercial loans. Last year, the company reported a net profit of 746,148 RON.
The company manufactures metallic packing and has a share capital of 11,209,882.4 RON, divided into shares with a faca value of 0.1 RON/share.
