The company intends to increase revenue from European and Asian markets on the industrial service segment following the recent acquisition of a division of the US-based Modern Engineering, according to CFO G. Ravi Shankar.
Geometric Software is one of the leading developers of PLM (product lifecycle management) applications and is specialized in the heavy industry and the transportation industry. The company is based in Mumbai (Bombay) India and has 11 offices worldwide. Some 71% of the revenue is derived from the US and 22% from Europe.
