EnglishShareholders in Intercapital Invest convened in December and decided to increase the share capital by 2.1 million RON by issuing the corresponding number of shares with a face value of 10 RON. Shareholders in the brokerage firm will have an option to subscribe the newly issued shares over a month starting January 23rd. If shares remain unsubscribed, the shareholders who bought new shares will have five days to subscribe part of the outstanding shares proportionally to their new stake. If all shares are subscribed, the company"s capital will be 2.75 million RON.
