SSIF Intercapital Invest will increase its share capital by 2.099.990 RON, from 650.300 to 2.750.290 RON. The capital increase will allow the company to provide a complete range of services and financial investments in compliance with present legislation.
The Romanian-American Enterprise Fund (RAEF) remains the majority shareholder, with 58,42% in the company. RAEF, a private U.S. corporation, established in 1995 by the U.S. Congress, is a leading institution in private equity and investment banking/advisory services in Romania. The Fund had investments in Banca Agricola, Banca Romanească, Motoractive, Domenia Credit and Estima Finance (the latter three sold in 2006 to General Electric).
