Intesa Sanpaolo Bank has signed the agreement with the National Credit Guarantee Fund for SMEs (FNGCIMM) in connection to the "Prima casă" program and is currently in the final stage of drafting the internal regulations for the new type of loan, according to a press release sent by the bank.
The offer of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank for the "First Home " is targeted at individuals aged between 18 and 70 years, and includes loans in lei and in Euros, with a maximum maturity of 30 years.
The interest rate for loans in Euros is calculated based on 3-month EURIBOR + 3.97% plus management fees, with an annual effective interest rate (DAE) of 5.62% for loans denominated in Euros.
For loans in lei, the interest rate is calculated using 3-month ROBOR + 2.47% plus loan application evaluation and loan management fees, with an effective annual interest rate of 14.01%.
The maximum leverage ratio that Intesa Sanpaolo Bank accepts for loans taken out as part of the "First Home" program is 62%, and the loan may not exceed 95% of the building"s value.
Aside from loans which are part of the "First Home" program, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank also offers mortgage loans in Euros with an interest rate of 8.01% for the month of July (annual effective interest rate of 8.54%), and in lei, with an interest rate of 13.68% (at an annual effective interest rate of 14.91%).
