EnglishConstruction companies Intracom Construct and Intrakat Romania have decided to merge. The merger will be done through the absorbtion of Intrakat Romania by Intracom Construct. Following this move, Intracom will increase its share capital by 25.6 million RON, to 45.1 million RON. The company will issue 788,100 shares with a face value of 32.57 RON. Intracom"s share capital is divided into 1,387,079 shares with a face value of 32.57 RON.
