A German in NATO? That may fire Putin's imagination. Iohannis to NATO? This provided every Romanian citizen with an incendiary line of thought: if Iohannis can, why can't I? And not necessarily at NATO, but there, somewhere. Many people are now interested, including some journalists, where is the counter where you can apply for NATO. Others are now interested in other candidacies, especially since we have enough choices for everyone.

The first hypothesis to explain his candidacy is whether Iohannis subconsciously vibrated with the idea that if the post at NATO becomes vacant, that means he can go there for vacation. He knows that he is well equipped for this, because, as it appears from the press releases of the Presidency, he did not have leave when he was on the multiple vacations, therefore he was in office. The President does not understand that the impulse that urged him from the depths of himself to this heroic declaration may have come from a simple pun, a thing that is frequent in psychoanalysis. Hence his difficulties in expressing himself, with that intonation against nature (but please do not think of the phrase "anus against nature") but also his difficulties in understanding, the idea he declared that "I will read it until I understand ", which evokes the long moments of reading devoid of the act of understanding. Another pun-type causality with an effect on Iohannis' unconscious could have the Miami - NATO couple. What, you don't seem like it? It seems to me that if you write MIAMI with capital letters (meaning that locality where it is said that Iohannis would have the seventh house), then it looks perfectly like NATO.

However, the hypothesis that Iohannis is running for a vacant post is not excluded, so that, if he somehow fills it, this post will remain vacant, as happened in the case of his mandates. Anyway, unknown are the ways of psychoanalysis!

But what can it mean that Iohannis is running "on behalf of Romania". His only official capacity in relation to Romania is that he is the president of Romania. So that means we have a presidential candidate. But candidate for what, because he is already in office? Any candidacy implies an aspiration to a higher status, from a position that seems demeaning to your claims to one that seems uplifting. How will this be in the case of Iohannis in relation to Romania?

Has this already established a hierarchy between Romania and NATO, which puts Romania in a position of inferiority, even if the objectives of the two entities are different, although complementary? It even establishes a hierarchy between the position of president and the position of general secretary, which creates chaos in the party world, where the position of president is superior to that of general secretary.

The idea that if we had a Romanian in NATO, that would bring benefits for Romania, is an unpleasant form of nepotism, which is only valid on the territory of Romania, because only Romania is a country composed only of grandchildren. And the fact that it is at the same time composed only of nieces is only an explanation for the fact that the perpetuation of the species on the national territory is possible. Iohannis does not understand that if he were to leave Romania's territory to go to NATO, that would automatically disable any benefit for Romania, because there any nepotism credentials are considered null. Rute is not going to NATO to favor the Netherlands, any more than Stoltenberg is now to NATO to favor Norway (by the way, I see March 16 is his birthday - happy birthday!).

So Iohannis must stay here, but always ask to go to NATO. The present state of Iohannis is perfectly congruent with this nepotism because he is his own nephew, in the sense that Iohannis as president favors Iohannis as nephew, who should call him "uncle". But, I say once again, this causality is valid only on the territory of Romania.

What has been seen these days on the territory of Romania is related to the oath that the president, including Iohannis, takes at the investiture: "I swear to give all my strength and skill for the spiritual and material advancement of the Romanian people".

In these days of political languor in which candidates from the en-spe ranks of elections cannot be identified and caught, although they circulate among us, here we have with the greatest possible ease a candidate for NATO, who, however, being our very president , proves that he went beyond his own oath with all his strength and skill. Because it is obvious that in these days, I repeat, of political languor, Iohannis' strength and skill are dedicated to his candidacy for NATO, for the advancement of the Romanian people, leaving nothing left that should be dedicated to him, especially since his skill Iohannis is also very little and ends quickly. And the Romanian people, instead of being helped by the president to once again pass to the procrastination, he remained on the gridiron, although now it is not the season.

The mystery of this ethical gap in the president's behavior could still be explained and the gap excused by the statement issued by the presidency in response to the accusations that Iohannis was permanently on leave.

"Considering his constitutional obligations and duties, the President of Romania is permanently in the exercise of his mandate. Thus, starting from taking the oath of office, President Klaus Iohannis was not on vacation, in the sense of the notion defined by the labor legislation".

According to this release, labor law is not sufficient to describe the president's actions. He aims higher. Thus, he is permanently in the exercise of his mandate, but when he goes on vacation in a different sense than that of the labor legislation, he actually works, but is on vacation. So now it becomes clear: the submission of his candidacy was made from this rest leave defined differently than in the labor legislation. That is, he was not in the actual exercise of the mandate, i.e. not in the act, but in the act.
