Jiul SA - Craiova shareholders on February 21st denied the motion to increase share capital from 33,000,000 nominal shares with a face value of 0.1 RON to 41,815,474 nominal shares with the same face value. The shareholders also decided to delist the company from RASDAQ. This operation can be performed if the following conditions are fulfilled: maximum 50 transactions were performed in the past 12 months and the number of traded shares is up to 1% of the overall number of shares. In Jiul"s case, the status is 48 transactions cumulating 0.58% of the total number of shares. Shareholders who do not agree with these decisions may exit the company by July 8th and receive 0.5269 RON/share.
