More than 50 specialists in the field of communication (academics, media historians and journalists) will participate, between October 11 and 12, in the international conference with the theme "Journalists and political actors: temptations, commitments and deontological censorship", organized by the University of Oradea , in collaboration with the University of Bucharest and the State University of Chisinau. According to the University of Oradea, the conference is the 9th edition of the academic meeting held under the generic "Mass-media in post-communism" and will take place at the headquarters of the Faculty of History, International Relations, Political Sciences and Communication Sciences, as well as at Department of Political Sciences and Communication Sciences. According to the university lecturer. skilled dr. Florin Ardelean, one of the organizers of the scientific event, the 50 specialists come from Chişinău, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Pitesti, Arad, Buzău and Galaţi or are going to connect online, to participate in one or more of the five sections of the conference. "We are happy about the solidarity of the guild and the partnership we have with the media institutions in Oradea and we invite all those interested in this event to join us", added the university lecturer and journalist Ioan Laza, one of the "founding fathers" of the series of conferences in Oradea dedicated to the press and its history. The traditional partners of the conference series "Mass-media in post-communism" are the Romanian Association for the History of the Press - Crişana Branch, the Museum of the Country of Crişurilor - Museum Complex, D&C Oradea and the Association "Tara Celor Trei Cişuri".
