English"Kandia Dulce" and the owners of "Supreme" have concluded an agreement by which "Kandia" will take over "Supreme Chocolat", according to a press release which states: "This operation will create a player of extreme interest on the Romanian sweets and biscuits market, a competitor with a comprehensive portfolio of renowned brands". The deal has been announced to the Romanian Competition Council and is under review by its members.
