The Lakeview office building, developed jointly by AIG Lincoln and Fabian Romania, has been 90% leased through Colliers International. The building is located in the Barbu Vacarescu area in the north of Bucharest. According to a press release, the 90% lease mark was reached within a year after the project was put on the market. At the moment, 22,000 square meters of the overall surface of 24,000 square meters has been contracted. The building also has 450 parking spaces. Colliers is currently negotiating with two multinationals to lease the remaining 2,000 square meters.
