Chimopar - Bucharest (BSE:CPR) has received 3.4 million RON from majority shareholder Jafco Holding Romania to finance investments planned to be implemented by the year-end, according to a press release from the company. The inorganic chemical product maker has a share capital of 23,194,667.50 RON divided into shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. According to the latest report, Jafco Holding Romania holds 73.81% in CPR, followed by Financial Investment Firm (SIF) Muntenia with 14.58%. Chimopar shareholders convened on 24 April and approved the budget for the current year, including a revenue estimate of 34.77 million RON, up by 17% from last year. The company is also planning to reduce losses by 41% to 3.11 million RON from 5.29 million RON in 2007.
