Mamaia - Constanta reported losses of 1,456,415 RON in the first three months of the year, up by 14.96% y/y, and a turnover of 823,192 RON, up by 32% y/y. Revenues amounted to 1,038,170 RON, up by 16.47%, whereas expenses totaled 2,494,585 RON, up by nearly 16% y/y.
Being located on the seaside, the business is drastically reduced during the cold season and usually booms in the second and third quarters. The company leases and subleases property and is listed on RASDAQ Tier 3 as MAIA since 25 June 1997.
The share capital of 10,539,574.80 RON is divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. The majority shareholder is the Ministry for Small Enterprises, Commerce, Tourism and Liberal Professions with 96.57%. Yesterday, MAIA shares traded for an average of 0.32 RON.
