EnglishShares in rolling stock manufacturer Marub SA - Brasov (RASDAQ:MARU) will be delisted from the RASDAQ as of October 22nd. The decision has been approved by the National Securities Commission (CNVM). In January 2007, Car Industry SRL and Auto Avantaje SRL increased their concerted stake in Marub from 97.11% to 98.18% following an IPO. The two companies became shareholders in Marub in end-September 2006. The 1.07% bought through the IPO required 237,164 RON. Marub has a share capital of 3.34 million RON divided into 1.33 millions shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. the latest available price, dated April 10th, is 11.60 RON. Considering this price, the company has a market capitalization of 15.51 million RON.
