A new residential complex will be built on Baicului street no.51, the mayoralty of the second district announced yesterday, after mayor Neculai Onţanu issued the building permit. According to a press release, the Baicului residential complex will be built on a 9,900 sqm plot of land delimited by the Baicului and Dimitrie Grozea streets. The complex will include 288 apartments, office and retail areas. The apartment building will have two underground levels, ground floor and 14 floors. The office spaces will be located in a building with two underground levels, ground floor and five floors and the third building which will host the retail areas, will have two underground levels, ground floor and one floor. The complex will feature 288 housing units.
