EnglishMetrom SA - Brasov, a subsidiary of weapons manufacturer Romarm, is auctioning off several assets including buildings, fixed assets and a plot of land measuring 5.27 hectares in the town of Brasov. The overall value of the assets has been evaluated at 50.5 million RON (13.98 million EUR), VAT not included, which is also the starting price of the auction to be organized on 11 July.Interested bidders can submit their participation documentation by 10 July. The participation guarantee is 20% of the starting price, namely 10.1 million RON. The auction will progress in steps of 2.52 million RON. The participation fee is 50,000 RON. The price of the presentation file is 2,500 RON. Romarm is a State company controlled by the State Asset Recovery Authority (AVAS).
