Metropola Imobiliar SRL on Monday sold 5.51% in hotel company International Sinaia for 1.55 million RON according to a report to RASDAQ quoted by NewsIn. Two special transactions were performed on Monday, when 1.875 million shares changed hands for 0.83 RON/share. Nearly half of the package (937,600 shares) was sold to Ana Rucsandra Rusanu, whereas the other half (937,700 shares) was sold to Dana Maria Anastase Rusanu.
The hotel company has a share capital of some 3.4 million RON. The main shareholders are Romtur International SRL with 32.90%, Cereal Com Import Export SRL with 17.24%, Cont SRL with 15.48% and Radan 2000 SRL with 11.44%. The company is listed on RASDAQ as INTE.
