EnglishMetwoplast - Odorheiul Secuiesc is planning to expand business in Chisineu Cris, Arad County, and has acquired a 1 hectare plot of land with a view to building their second warehouse in this town.
According to Chisineu Cris Mayor Gheorghe Burdan, the land was auctioned for 55,132 EUR. The 2 million EUR investment is currently under construction and should be ready in six months.
Established in 1991, Metwoplast is one of the leading producers of wooden constructions in Romania. Alcoa, Maschio Gaspardo, Nexans and Transelectrica have also selected Chisineu Cris for significant investments in the recent past.
