The management of Millenium Insurance Broker summoned the shareholders to the balance sheet meeting on April 25 with the proposal that 85% of last year's profit be allocated as dividends, according to a company report published on Friday on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB ).
Practically, from the profit of 2.71 million lei, the sum of 2.29 million lei will be distributed to the shareholders, if the proposal receives the green light in the AGM. The unit dividend is 1.1 lei per share, which, compared to the company's share price on Friday at 4:30 p.m. of 15.7 lei, equates to a yield of 7%.
The registration date, which defines the shareholders who will benefit from dividends, is May 24, while the payment date is June 12. Last year the company had operating revenues of 55.2 million lei, 12.6% more than in 2022, while net profit amounted to 2.7 million lei, up 7.8%.
Millenium Insurance Broker is the only issuer that was listed on the AeRO Market last year after a capital increase through which it attracted 4.17 million lei from investors. At the end of last year, Autonom Internacional was the company's largest shareholder, with a 31.% stake, according to BVB data.
