EnglishShareholders in Moldomobila SA - Iasi have decided to sell the company"s lands and buildings totaling some 13.35 hectares via Eurisko Consulting SRL. The auction will start from 300 EUR/sq.m. The company estimates to obtain some 40 million EUR from the sale. The sum is nearly half of the Iasi City budget for this year.
The funds will pay for 8.5 million EUR worth of debts to the State, 6.5 million EUR worth of debts to private parties, 3 million EUR worth of relocation costs and some 20 million EUR worth of investments. Moldomobila - Iasi is controlled by the Employee Association with only 20%, as the majority of the shares, 60%, belong to a large number of private investors. Chairman Adian Butuca holds 5.08% and his company, Arhiprint, 7.4%.
