Gem Motorbikes Prod has leased 20,250 sq.m. in the Moreni Industrial Park, including four concrete platforms measuring 7,250 sq.m. and 13,000 sq.m. suitable for construction. The lease is valid for 49 years, Gem having the obligation to develop the land, contribute to the development of the local industry and create jobs. The criteria for the concession were the annuity, job creation and the time necessary to implement the investment.
