The Bucharest City Hall awarded at the end of last year several design and execution contracts, their total value being of approximately 90 million euro. The most important objective is the widening of the Sisesti-Ion Ionescu de la Brad road. There were seven bidders in the auction, and the winning bidder is the association "Tehnologica Radion & Viaproiect." The value of the investment is 60.6 million lei (approximately 17 million euro).
Among the awarded contracts there is the building of the V34B building and related works. The winning bidder is "Rotary Constructii" SRL and the investment amounts to 3.66 million lei.
The Bucharest Municipality has also chosen a consultant in order to form the public-private partnership necessary to fulfill another objective: "Arena Bucurestilor".The auction was won by the association "Romair Consulting & Bostina si Asociatii" for 96.247 lei.
GeoMedia maintainance and technical support for the IT system necessary for the Bucharest Urban Database will be provided by "Integraph Computer Services". The value of the service amounts to 204.878 lei. The same company won, in association with "Net Consulting", a 2.2 million lei contract to create a software adapted to the intelligent Map for urban traffic.
