EnglishCitadella Titan is the newest residential project on the Bucharest real estate market, located near the Auchan hypermarket, in the Titan area, according to a press release from Regatta. The investitor is Business Group and the estimated value of the project exceeds 20 million EUR.
The project comprises two buildings, totalling 210 apartments, which include studio apartments and two, three and four-room apartments. The buildings consist of ground floor and 14 upper floors. The housing complex is secured and access inside is monitored, according to Regatta representatives. Construction works have already begun and the apartments will be delivered by the end of 2008.
Regatta senior broker Sorin Lacusta, said: "The project targets both people who want an improved comfort and investors who will benefit from a fast-developing market. The main advantage of Citadella is the presence of transportation, retail and social infrastructure in the area". According to Mr. Lacusta, approximately 20% of the apartments have been pre-sold so far. The average price is estimated at 1.100 EUR/sqm.
