EnglishNew Yorker, one of the largest apparel retailers in Germany and the owner of an international chain of 690 stores in 25 countries, will open a store in the Suceava Shopping City in December. According to a press release from Cushman & Wakefield, the exclusive agent of the Suceava Shopping City, New Yorker will measure approximately 1,000 square metres and be positioned near the Media Galaxy. The store will carry all of the company"s seven brands.
The Suceava Shopping City was inaugurated in April 2008 and has an overall leasable area of 47,100 square metres. The main anchors are Carrefour, with a net area of 12,000 square metres, Mobexpert, with a net area of 5,700 square metres, Media Galaxy, with a net area of 1,950 square metres and Baumax, with a net area of 13,500 square metres. The commercial gallery comprises over 100 stores and has a leasable area of 13,000 square metres.
