The company is currently carrying out refurbishment and restoration works for the Bulevard hotel in Bucharest, the investment being valued at 9 million EUR. Niro Group is also building the Central Park residential complex, located in the Stefan cel Mare area. The project consists of 456 luxury apartments, the investment amounting to 47 million EUR.
Niro Group"s future objectives include building a residential complex in Bucharest"s metropolitan area, as well as a hotel and a business center in the northern area of the capital.
