Army Base 02574 Bucharest has acquired 2519.96 tons of military grade Diesel oil and 120 tons of gas COR 95 unleaded gas, through the Romanian Commodities Exchange (BRM), during yesterday"s trading session. The total turnover was 5.351.198 lei. The tender offers for the military grade diesel oil were submitted by DS Tofan, Petrom, Rompetrol Downstream. The tenders for gas were submitted by Unicom Holding, Petrom, Rompetrol Downstream. The starting price was 2150 lei/ton for Diesel oil and 2100 lei/ton for gas, according to a press release sent to our editors.
The open outcry auction, was settled for 2030 lei/ton (VAT and excises not included, shipping fees included) for Diesel oil and 1964 lei/ton (VAT and excises not included, shipping fees included) for the unleaded COR 95 type gas. The Diesel oil auction was won by DS Tofan, and the gas auction was won by Rompetrol Downstream.
Over 35 trades were made on the Oil floor of the Romanian Commodities Exchange (BRM), with a total turnover of almost 97 million lei. Some of the customers of the Commodities Exchange include the Cluj, Ia i and Timi oara divisions of the Romanian Railways, regional branch of Timişoara of the CNCF (Romanian Railways Company), The Gala i regional division of the Romanian Post Office, the National Coal Company (Compania Naţională a Huilei), The National Salt Company (Societatea Naţională a Sării), Electric Power Plants Oradea (Electrocentrale Oradea), Electrica Serv Transilvania Nord, Metrorex, Local Transportation Oradea (Transport Local Oradea), Local Public Transportation Suceava (Transport Public Local Suceava), and divisions of the Ministry of Defense.
