EnglishShareholders in Oil Terminal have approved a budget rectification to decrease both the revenue target and the expense target, according to an announcement to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE). Revenues have been estimated at 108.62 million RON from 132.84 million RON) whereas expenses have been estimated at 108.55 million RON (from 132.72 million RON). The profit target remained unchanged at 2.73 million RON.
For the first nine months of the year, the company reported a net profit of 7.3 million RON, up from 1.2 million RON, and a turnover of 87.56 million RON. Debts amount to 28.31 million RON, whereas receivables count for 17.36 million RON. The shareholders have been asked to decide on the company"s participation in the Constanta - Trieste oil pipeline project. Oil Terminal is one of the largest terminals in South Eastern Europe. It was established in 1898.
