EnglishOltchim - Ramnicu Valcea (BSE:OLT) has announced intent to auction off their foodstuff subsidiaries in keeping with the law regarding the privatization of commercial companies.
Oltchim will therefore sell "Complexul de Pasari Avicola" - Babeni, "Fabrica de Nutreturi Combinte FNC" - Babeni and "Complexul de Porci Suinprod" - Raureni and "Fabrica de Conserve" Raureni (Conservil). In addition to those, the company will also sell a house and a plot of land in Barzesti - Valcea.
Oltchim has a share capital of 354.69 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. The majority shareholder is the State Assets Recovery Authority (AVAS) with 95.74%.
