Olympus Imaging Europe has opened an office in Romania to consolidate position on the local camera, recorder and binocular market. "We want to increase our position on the Romanian market with our full range of digital cameras, audio recorders and binoculars, both through the existing partnerships with the distributor MGT Educational and the retailer Flanco - Flamingo and future partnerships with other store networks," said Olympus Romania manager Daniel Jarul. Olympus Imaging Europe was established in 1963. Olympus comprises two divisions: medical equipment (microscopy, diagnosis) and imaging (binoculars, cameras etc).
