The management of "ProLogis" yesterday announced the extension of the contract concluded with "Omega Transport and Logistics" for the rental of office spaces of approximately 6,700 sqm in "ProLogis Park Bucharest A1". The office space is located in Building 1, of the park developed by Prologis in the area of the Bucureşti - Piteşti highway. "ProLogis Bucharest A1" comprises four buildings with a total surface of 108,600 sqm of class A industrial spaces, of which 28,000 sqm are certified according to the EPC standards. The park was nominated as "The best industrial real estate project in SE Europe" as part of the SEE Gala organized by Europaproperty.com. Aside from "Omega Transport and Logistics", other customers of the park include "Augsburg International Impex", "Centrum Logistics", "Flamingo Romania", "Gefco", "Geodis Calberson" and "Kuehne+Nagel".
