Energy producer CET Bacau yesterday put up for sale two packages of 5,136 MWh each on the PCCB market (Central Bilateral Contract Market) managed by OPCOM. Later on, the offer was revoked because of lack of bidders. Delivery had been slated for 01 June - 31 December 2008. The starting price was 180 RON/MWh.
The only producer that managed to sell electricity this week is Rovinari, which sold 128,435 MWh to Petprod with delivery between 01 June and 31 December 2008. The starting price was 179 MWh, whereas the sale price was 179.27 RON/MWh.
Also Energ also revoked their offer because of lack of bidders. The company was planning to buy 54,898 MWh for up to 179.85 RON/MWh in the same delivery interval. For tomorrow, Oscar Downstream announced the purchase of 22,080 MWh for up to 178.5 RON/MWh.
