Some 45.4% in Aromet - Buzau changed hands on RASDAQ for 9.03 million RON, equal to 21,10 RON/share, which is over 30 times more than the latest trading price of 0.7 million RON/share. The transaction increased the company"s value to 19.8 million RON.
Aromet has a share capital of 1.14 million RON divided into 941,270 shares with a face value of 1.22 RON. The majority shareholder is Romtem - Buzau with 51.65%, followed by SIF3 Transilvania with 45.4%. The company concluded last year with 60.77 million RON in turnover and 56,991 RON in net profit.
