Pambac SA posted 41 million EUR in turnover in 2006, up 32% year-on-year, due to brand promotion campaigns worth 2,9 million EUR and the launching of the new pasta brand "Gata".
The company concluded 2006 with a 27% growth in sales, which was mostly due to investments in the Grania brand, but also to an increase in sales for the other products. For 2007, trhe company estimates a 22% increase in turnover and a profit of at least 2 milion EUR.
Pambac is active on the milliong and bakery market with the brands "Grania", "Gata", "Pambac", K7, "Ador" and "Superfort". At the end of 2006, Pambac had a market share of 25% on the pasta market, 15% on the flour market, the company being a local market leader in the bakery industry.
