EnglishPiraeus Bank Romania has growth to 80 branches after having opened 10 new branches in Bucharest (2), Buzau, Constanta, Galati, Iasi, Lugoj, Otopeni, Ploiesti and Timisoara in July and August. With an average growth rate of nearly four units per month, Piraeus Bank Romania constantly expanded in the first half of the year, being present in 39 of the 41 counties. At the moment, the bank has 30 branches in Bucharest and 50 in the rest of the country. The bank grew by 26 units from 54 units at the beginning of the year to 80 currently. Piraeus Bank Group is a growing player on the international market, having reached 574 units in Greece, Albania, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Egypt, US, UK and Ukraine.
