EnglishProdvinalco SA - Galati will guarantee a 3 mln EUR investment loan, a 2.5 million RON credit line and a 150,000 EUR bridge loan for Vinton SRL - Galati, a shareholder in Prodvinalco. All loans will be taken from BRD - Groupe Societe Generale. Vinton holds 46.03% in Prodvinalco. The second largest shareholder is SIF Moldova with 21.12%.
According to Prodvinalco GM Costel Enache, the 3 mln EUR loan will be spent on equipment and production capacity expansion. Prodvinalco will collateralize the loans with a wine storage and bottling facility in Galati. Prodvinalco owns five wine storage facilities in Galati and has a bottling capacity of 10 million liters of wine per year.
